If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take a few extra days for the refund to appear in your account.

4. Exchanges

At FLYTOPIX, we currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

6. Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards are non-refundable.

7. Shipping Fees
